Let’s Talk with Nicole Russell
Today's episode is with Nicole Russell! Nicole is an experienced lawyer and endometriosis sufferer with a passion for surrogacy, which arose out of her own fertility challenges. In 2016, Nicole and her husband experienced the surrogacy process first-hand when Nicole’s best friend offered to be their surrogate in an attempt for them to have a child. Through the wonderful kindness of their friend, they now have a beautiful daughter. Nicole has channeled her own personal experience into a professional passion to assist others.

Today’s episode is with Amy Atkins! Amy is a creative artist, actor, and event manager based in Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand. She is an alumna of the John Bolton Theatre School in Narrm Melbourne. Amy has a passion for puppetry, live art, and theatre. She finds ways to combine these into interactive works for the community to inspire social change. It was her passion for social change which led her to create her solo performance PERIOD. centering around Karla, who gets her first period and is navigating everything that goes along with that for the first time! PERIOD. has received many accolades since its initial season, having won and been nominated for a range of awards!

Let’s Talk with Angelica Gosling
Today’s episode is with my sister, Angelica! Angelica is an adenomyosis advocate and registered nurse, who is passionate about educating and supporting others living with endo, adeno or pcos. She was diagnosed with adeno in 2020 at 19 years old, after experiencing heavy bleeding, pelvic pain and fatigue since her early teens. Angelica is dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives and wants to change the narrative, taboo and stigma associated with periods, adeno and endo.

Let’s Talk with Corrine Hye
Today's episode is with Corrine Hye! Corrine is the host of The Endo Chats Podcast. She moved to Australia in 2018 from Hampshire, England! It was then where she started her journey to diagnosis after suffering for 12 years with heavy, painful periods, back pain and chronic UTIs.After a 2 year battle with medical professionals. She was finally diagnosed with endometriosis in June 2020 through laparoscopic surgery. She has also been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis and has undergone a second laparoscopy, last year. It was in March 2021 on International Women’s Day that she launched her podcast, The Endo Chats Podcast with the aim of providing support to those that need it. She hopes to share relevant research and information that provides hope for members of the community and creates a positive, safe space for endo warriors all over the world.

Today's solo episode is all about endometriosis and self confidence and self-esteem! With it being endo awareness month currently, I would it would be a great opportunity to share all about endo and the associated impacts of the condition, and I think one that is often under the radar is the impact on the self esteem and self confidence of people with endo! I share all about my own personal experience with low confidence and self esteem, things that have helped me and my top tips and strategies for re-building that confidence!

Today's episode is with the wonderful Michelle Nielsen. Michelle is the Senior Clinical Educator for the Periods, Pain and Endometriosis Program aka PPEP Talk with the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia (PPFA). She is also Clinical Nutritionist with a special interest in pelvic pain, endometriosis, gut and hormone health. Michelle also has her own personal experience with endometriosis, being diagnosed with the condition just a few years ago.
