Let’s Talk with Chantelle Otten + Dora Pandeloglou

This week Isabella sat down with Psycho-Sexologist, Chantelle Otten and Pelvic Physiotherapist, Dora Pandeloglou! Chantelle is Australia's leading Psycho-Sexologist who is passionate about empowering people to feel great about their sexual health, self-esteem, communication and education. Chantelle is the director of the Australian Institute of Sexology and Sexual Medicine, where she and her team of sexologists work to positively change the sexual lives of the Australian’s, also using her social media to spread sexual empowerment to all. Dora Pandeloglou is a Melbourne-based Physiotherapist who has worked extensively in Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal and Sport Physiotherapy. Dora uses a holistic and proactive treatment approach that combines hands on therapy, education and exercise therapy for optimal client centred care.Dora works extensively with women that have pelvic floor related problems including incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain and sexual pain. These are problems that women commonly suffer from, but are rarely talked about, meaning they often go untreated for years.

In this episode we talk on both Chantelle and Dora's roles as well as the how and why they felt driven to careers in within the health and sexual fields, pelvic floor dysfunction, vaginismus, painful sex, the way sex is viewed as by society and the benefits of broadening that view to not just be penetration but to also include outercourse, being mindful and getting out of your head in the bedroom AND SO MUCH MORE!
