Let’s Talk with Ashleigh Mason

Today’s episode is with Ashleigh Mason. Ash is a qualified Physiotherapist and Women’s Health Educator from Melbourne, with a special interest in trauma informed women’s health and chronic pain. In addition to holding a Master's Degree in Physiotherapy, Ash has also completed further studies in the field of women’s health including pre and post-natal health, and chronic pelvic pain. She is also passionate about holistic healthcare and is a self love and mindset coach.
