Let’s Talk with Phoebe Parsons

It's time for a bonus ep of LTP, all throughout March for Endo Awareness Month, each Friday there will be a bonus ep of Let's Talk, Period.

Today's episode is with Phoebe Parsons! You might know Phoebe from her well known podcast, Confessions of a Trainwreck. Phoebe is also a pilates instructor and publicist too! Last year she was diagnosed with endometriosis after many years of pain, heavy periods and horrific symptoms. She has since taken this chance to share her story and be an advocate for those living with endo!

We chat on:

  • Phoebe's experience getting her very first period as a 'late bloomer'

  • Her lengthy journey to diagnosis with endometriosis

  • How she's managing now, seven months post lap

  • The fertility conversation and navigating egg freezing decisions

  • Phoebe's advice for someone who is going through the diagnosis process

  • What endo has given her

  • Plus so much more!
