Let’s Talk, Mental Health and Chronic Illness

Today's solo episode is all about mental health and chronic illness! This is something which is HUGE in the chronic illness space, and something also shrouded in a lot of shame and stigma. I chat about my experiences with managing my anxiety, and experiencing depression in the past, as well as what helped me. I also share resources and tips that can help you if you're feeling a similar way!

PLUS! The LTP online trivia event is NEXT WEEK! If you want to join in on some endo awareness fun next month, join me for this event! Tickets are just $10 and you can play in a team or solo, and some fabulous prizes are on offer. You can get your ticket here.

Also as mentioned in the start of the episode, all the info on 1:1 mentoring is here.
